I'm tring to sign up for JustinTV to be able to watch college football on my computer here in Chiang Mai.

Well, I've tried using differant USA based CCs and get turned down.

Any of you joined JTV using a CC here in Thailand? If so, how did you do it? Paypal? Or?

You don't need to pay, you can get it for free. But the thing with those free feeds is they're just not always the best. Feeds you pay for should be better.
