I need an advice :

I will apply for spousal visa with my son 11 years old as dependant I have sole custody and responsability from my son Can my husband( british citizen present and settled in UK ) be his sponsor and mine?

( biological father is alive never sending support it is in the testimony of legal custody, biological father and me was not married but my son has his surname) please help
