Hello :)

I am still a little confused about the actual rules concerning Visa Exemption. I am Swiss and have been to Thailand in June (5 days), July (5days) and August (17days). Now I would like to visit Thailand in September for another week.

As far as I now, there is no more limitation on days I can spend under the Visa Exemption rule (the 90/180 day rules is gone)?

By the way: Did they count the actual days spent in Thailand (for me would had been 27 days)?

Futhermore there is no limitation on the number of entries? Meaning I can re-enter another time with no problem?

Thank you very much for an answer

You would of had no problem under the old rules. There is no limit to the number of entries.

If you make more than 4 consecutive entries (15 days) at land border crossings they will stop you, ask questions and confirm your address. They will then check to see what you are up to here.

Thank you for the answer :)

Since I enter always by airport, I should not be affected by this rule?

Is the 90/180 rule gone definitely and how did they count the number of days (5+5+17 in my case= 27, remaining 63 until December?

Thanks for the answer

Thanks for the answers!

Only one question still bothers me (too much :) ):

Will there be a problem if I enter in September for a fourth time (even there have past more than 4 weeks since the last ime in August)? There is no limitation on entries as far as I now..., but maybe Immigration will get suspicious?

I am not abusing the law I guess...

Thank you for an answer
