Hard Flat Lump Under My Nipple.

Featured Replies

I am male 60 years old and have noticed a "hard flat disc" under my left nipple, its quite painful , it feels almost like a deep tissue bruise to the touch any advice would be much appreciated

Have this checked by a reliable surgeon.

Breast lumps in males of 60yo need to be assessed the same as with a female breast.

It does need to be checked . However It is most likley nothing . All males have estrogen receptors in there breast tissue and it could be that your estrogen levels have elevated causing this.....It could also be that you are using some sort of testosteron supplement and your body is converting it to estrogen....Good Luck.
