Lost Tm Card

dammit, seems i lost my departure card, has this happened to anyone before? any suggestions as to what i gotta do?

Go to your local Immigration office and report the loss. They should have the info on their computer and will issue a new one.

I asume you have not lost your passport too, otherwise you have more problems. Go and see immigration. From your passport they will be able to see your entry stamp into the country and pull up details on the computer. They should then be able to issue you with a new TM6 departure card.

FYI, for the future, I usually:

-- xerox or scan the card

-- write the TM number in my passport next to the arrival stamp

-- and note the TM number in my wee daily dairy.

Have lost my TM in the past, was pretty painless replacing it at Immigration with above info.

Once lost the passport, too, and did a bit of a shuttle down at Suan Plu getting the correct TM #, they finally just handed over a printout of arrivals for that day at Nong Khai and asked me to find it, did so, end of problem.
