(Not washed, just full) My re-entry permit (multiple) in the old pp was (is) valid until mid 2004. Asked for and got it transferred free of charge. First time ever, was asked yesterday to "come back tomorrow". Understand that the officers at least in BKK, in charge for transfers, are a bit more busy than before.
