Add the scum of Thailand to the mix and you have a real cesspool. It is going to take many years before the drive to bring families to Pattaya overcomes the present mix of visitors.

Pattaya does seem to attract the scum of every country. Add the scum of Thailand to the mix and you have a real cesspool.
