For those misinformed and not aware, Don has been in residence in Phuket for the past 3 months. The quality of the food is excellent and I have not had one complaint that wasn't quickly resolved.

There is no better value than many of our foods such as 12 breakfast dishes including beverage for 75 Baht. The new sub sandwiches with soup for 75 Baht have been a big hit. I am on the job from 08:00 to 22:00 each day.

Service continues to be difficult as the cheating side of town has now moved to Rawai and is found in almost all sois and it is very difficult to get beer bar girls to stand on their feet for 4 hours and work. We continue to imporve the service with a new restaurant manager who has also been here 3 months and speaks good English. The Saturday night barbecue has been running for 10 years and we always have over 100 happy customers to dine on 20 different dishes and no complaints.

For the forum complainers present yourself in person and perhaps you can be treated to a free meal to satisfy yourself.
