Hey guys,

Got a question for you guys. I'm travelling around South East Asia and am currently in Thailand on a 30 day visa exempt stamp. I going to visit Laos and Cambodia for a month and then fly back into Thailand for about 3 weeks. I'm then off to Sri Lanka for a month but coming back again to Thailand so I can fly home a week later. Will I be able to get the 30 day stamp each time I fly back into Thailand and if so, is there a maximum number of days I am entitled to? I've heard 90 days is the max... is this true?

Cheers,

AmyD

No problem. You will get 30 day 'visa exempt' permission to stay each time you enter the country by air. 90 days stay in a 180 day period was an old rule that was changed some time back. Now you can stay as long as you like.
