Yamaha Dealer In Rayong?

I've got less than a couple of weeks until my move to Rayong province, and my plan to buy a motorbike. I've figured that it's best to go new rather than used, and I'm not looking at anything big, just "scooting" around.

I don't remember seeing a Yamaha dealer in Ban Phe - it's quite a small town, but I'm sure there'll be one somewhere in Rayong.

So, two questions: does anyone know a Yamaha dealer in Rayong, preferably with an address (!) and maybe even a recommendation?

Second question: I am assuming, perhaps mistakenly, that it's best to buy as close to home as possible, rather than going to a dealer somewhere along Sukhumvit in Bangkok. True? Comments?
