Hello my wife had a c-section and was woundering how she could get rid of the scar.....and her body returned to the same a before the baby except the fat on the stomach and was woundering about different types of surgery to remove the fat on her stomach she said she wa flat before and wants to get back to almost the same ,,,,,anysuggestions on operations she could get?

William, she may want an operation, but isnt it worth helping her consider trying a more gentle way as the previous poster mentioned? Also, a lot depends on how soon she had the baby. Has she given her body enough time to recover? Taking slow healthy measured steps to improve her body rather than subjecting her body under the knife is kinder to her body (especially after an already evasive surgical procedure - the c section). Then, after some time has passed and natural methods have not returned her body a way she is happy with, then consider surgery. The other thing to consider is if she wishes to have more children down the line too, as stomach surgery is best considered after childbearing. Ultimately this is her decision of course, but it should be an informed one (if she isnt informed already). Sadly too many people (women particularly) think of cosmetic surgery as quick fix options without considering the risks or being informed.

Of course, if she is fully informed and some time has passed since she had the baby, then the very best of luck to her in her choice. I dont mean this to sound preacherly, sorry if it comes across that way.
