george Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 Korean man arrested for stealing drinking water in Pattaya PATTAYA: -- A South Korean man described to be drunk was arrested after he was spotted breaking into a grocery store and coming out with a drinking water bottle and two bottles of instant coffee. The man, identified as Lee Sung Hook, was arrested at 2 am shortly after vendors at the Mae Wilai Market saw him using a stone to break the window of the shop on Central Pattaya Road. Works for murderers in discos where none of the two hundred 'saw what happened' or those who run down and kill pedestrians in road rage - oh - and perhaps run to the nearest temple, shave your head and do penance for a month and all will be forgiven - of course, after the mandatory costs for the inconvenience caused to the brown shirts.
