My friends and I have heard about the great mountain climbing in Krabi and are planning to scale the highest mountains in that region during November. We have been told that Khao Moo Lak is the highest mountain near Krabi with a summit of close to 6,000 metres. Will we require winter jackets or does the tropical heat make that sound implausible? Also, is it possible to arrange helibiking or skydiving to a station near the summit?
