Suzuki Hayate 125 - Servicing And Accessories

I bought a second-hand Suzuki Hayate 125 just over a month ago and i've already put over 2500km on it. Excellent, fast, comfortable bike and I can fully recommend it.

Being in Chiang Mai, I am not so sure on where to get good/official servicing and accessories. Thai mechanics here don't seem to have ever seen one of these motorbikes before, which concerns me.

As I plan to slowly drive the bike from Chiang Mai to the south of Thailand and possibly back (i.e CM->Trang, stopping at interesting places) I want to get the bike thoroughly checked. I also hope this is possible since I cannot use any toll-roads.

For accessories i'm looking for alloy rims to avoid punctures and possibly some spare tubes and spark plugs as I am not sure if they are a standard size compared with Honda and Yamaha and whether mechanics on the road will have the parts.

The bike had 13000km on the clock when I bought it and I don't think anything has been changed by previous owner except one carburetor clean and the oil.

Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks
