Is it usually that you get your passport (hopefully with a visa) back the following Monday afternoon if applying on a Friday?

Buddist Lent the coming Sunday, is Monday a substitute or is Buddist Lent day not a official Holiday?

But it is regarding a Non Immigrant O application based on marriage at the Thai Embassy, Kuala Lumpur.
