I love the multi-malt bread at Carrefour, but looked on the internet and could find no recipes. I was hoping someone familiar with the Carrefour version could give a recipe or at least some tips on how to make version at home.

I like that bread too but haven't bought it in ages as its way over priced. A couple of years ago, it was about 60 baht for a substantially bigger loaf, but now it's 90 or 95 baht for what I refer to as a pregnant dinner roll. Actually, I've found that Carrefour is so much worse in general than it was in its first year or 2 of operation, I rarely go there anymore.
