Is it my Acrobat Reader not working or is something up with the page , if so anyone with an i dea where I can print of the form

By the way, you should be aware that Hull is not able to process all types of visa application. They are OK for non-immigrant 'O' or Tourist but not for 'O-A' long stay. This latter type can only be obtained, in UK, from the Embassy, in London.
