Will Upgrade Include An Option To Ignore A Member's Posts?

Featured Replies

I sure hope so. There is one member who regularly posts offensive posts (to me anyway) and I don't want to see more of them, or even see his cynical, demented looking, sneering, avatar photo again. I enjoy ThaiVisa a lot but don't appreciate this jerk's "contributions", and I know I am not alone.

Hey Mate..Sorry i cant offer anything to answer your question but ive also wondered the same.

I think i know who you speak of but not sure..wouldnt be someone that doesnt write english all that well would it?

Maybe if he/she gets enough stern PM's from enough people they might alter their style a little :)

It is easy enough to go into your controls and turn off avatars. I prefer not to look at that stuff.

Go into my controls ( Below Orange Coloured Icon New Thailand Directory )

Scroll down left hand side task bars,

Manage your ignore posters

And then type in the required user you wish to ignore.

You may need to log out and log back in again for it to work

You can also click on the user name just above the avatar and click on View Member Profile. Then left side under Options > Ignore User
