Thai Passport In Transit Through Qatar

Featured Replies

If the connection is 2 hours in Doha, Qatar does a Thai Passport require a visa?

Logically the answer would be no because you would not go through immergration, but there is a risk of a delay or something and then the traveller would be stuck. So as Thai passport cannot purchase Visa on Arrival if a situation did arise do you therefore require a visa already? Is there a special transit/transfer visa?

Looking through the net I think it is ok if the connection is under 8 hours but can anyone confirm this?

Thanks

answer is NO.

when u r stuck, the airline will provide hotel's airport. meaning the hotel is still in airport's teritory or affiliate with the airport. you dont need to worry about the immigration. They will take your accomodation without you needing to go throught immigration. The point is that.. doesnt matter which hotel you go, you aren't allowed to get out from the hotel property.

No not required.
