Tourist Visa For Cameroon National

Hello,

I am trying to find out the best way for my sisters fiance to get a tourist visa to Thailand. My family is all meeting there from various places in the world and it would be great if he could make it too.

He has a passport, is 28, and is from Cameroon (west coast of Africa).

Does anyone know what additional documents he will need, if he can infact apply in Nigeria for the Visa. So far we have had no help contacting the Thai Consulate in Australia and both Nigeria and Kenya have not replied to our emails.

A visa will be required and believe Nigeria will be the location to obtain. Most Embassies are very bad at answering e-mails. He should probably call or visit.

I believe he can obtain a visa in Nigeria, and the embassy is now in Abuja and not Lagos. He might need a hotel reservation and Basic traveling allowance, and on the side , to make life easier for him, he can travel out to bangkok from Lagos instead of going back to Cameroon, several budget airlines operate out of Lagos , but if can afford BA, Virgin, Luftansa, KLM and such , he can fly out of Abuja.
