I am applying for my 3rd year in April 2004 and the immigration informed my wife that I can apply for the lottery for the residence card and book.

I believe the lottery is in December and they pick 100 names from each nationality. Of course, not all are chosen and a lot of nationalities never get their quota filled.

My question.... Are there any forum members that have been issued a resident card after the 3rd year? Just curious......
