Hi,

I will move at the end of february 2010 with my wife and look for a house to rent with minimum 2 bedroom and with a garden (small ok) in Ao Nang or Krabi Town (Prices around 15.000 bahts/month with a long term contract). Do you know where i can find it or a property agency online with many offers?

Try http://www.krabiestates.com/ although rather on the upper end, they might have budget objects, as well. In Krabi/Ao Nang you still make the best deals on the spot. Book something shorttime and look around whilst there. Choices will become more towards the end of the season in April.
