My Thai girlfriend and I hope to marry later this year after a fairly long relationship, and settle down in our new house in Thailand. She has a child, aged 4, from a previous relationship with a Thai guy. We want to have our own kid(s), and as we want the other child to part of our family with the same name, I wish to adopt her. Does anyone know what hoops we will have to jump through, and how we go about it?
