Decent Professional Vet ...

Featured Replies

There are almost as many Vets in Pattaya as there are beauty salons and dentists..

But which one can offer professional and reliable service ? Not worried about cost .. Just want a Vet that actually knows what he/she is doing.

Any recomendations ?

Have you read the recommended Vets thread in the pets forum?

There's a Lady Vet who I use all the time and she is the only one out of all of them that I would recommend. Her place is on Soi 17, South Pattaya, just up from Tigglebitties going towards Liberty Bar on the right hand side. She has a big Vets Sign so you can't miss it.

She adores cats and has a lot of them herself and is also very professional. If you are nervous or worried she doesn't mind you staying there and also only gives the drugs you require for your animal and not all the other rubbish they try to push on you for extra sales.

I have took my Animals to numerous Vets around Pattaya.

I recently took my Two Female Moggies to a Small Vets I found on Soi Nernplubwan. (Not the Soi Nernplubwan Animal Hospital)

It was a Small shop very close to the turning to the Animal Hospital, it is actualy on Soi Nernplubwan, passed the railway tracks, driving away from Pattaya, just a little bit further than the food market.

There service was good, nice and freindly, and my Ladies did not have to return a week later for there stitches to be removed, they removed them themselves. Everything was fine.

Good luck with it.

We always go the vets in Naklua. Its very good. Its between the fish market and the traffic lights on the beach side of the road and about 100 yards from the Kasikorn bank. We had to take our dog there to have a leg operation when he broke his leg and also for his annual jabs. They are very nice there and the leg operation was a success.

It does not look much from the outside - a bit run down - but the quality of care is much better than it looks from the state of the building.

For me, when looking after the dog, money is no object - so the fact that its quite cheap as well is merely a pleasant benefit :)

Good Luck...

The Government vet ( entrance off of third road gate to the fire dept.) is very good with minimal cost.

Don't leave it too long because nobody wants kittens in Pattaya.

If its a Male, get him done as soon as you can else he may wander.
