90 Day Reporting

Featured Replies

I have just heard from a friend that the 90 days reporting office no longer accepts after the 90 days. Before, we had 7 days window either side of the due date, be he told me that they only accept either on the actual day or up to 7 days before (and not 7 days after anymore).

Can anyone confirm this at Chaeng Wattana or Rasa Tower?

Have not heard anything. Which office did this information come from?

If doing by post they will not accept 7 days after. Have heard nothing about applying in person.

That's certainly true at Mae Sai, I was late back in April but was within the 1 week window so no problem but now it's a fine of at least 2000baht and a warning stamp in your passport if you report late even by 1 day!

No, he went to CW in person (luckily) on the actual day. Maybe he meant by post, but he has never done it by that method. I'll follow it up and report back.

I don’t know about Chaeng Wattana or Rasa Tower but Samut Prakan Office wants the actual day or 7 days before the date.

If you are 1 days late then 2000 Baht fine to the office.

The rules say 7 days before/after actual date!

Anyone!! :)

1 month ago no problem reporting 4 days late at the Pattaya (now called Chonburi) office in Jomtien :)

I went up to Mae Sot on Wednesday which was the 7th day before and they did a quick finger count and it was processed in less than 10 minutes.
