I also get headaches when I take Kamagra. So I started taking one Tylenol tab about 30-45 minutes after I take the Kamagra, and I don't get the headache. I'll give Rimmer's suggestion about the water a try.

I first started taking real Viagra (sildenfil citrate) by Pfizer about 10 years ago, with no headaches.

When Kamagra (sildenfil citrate) became available, I started using that because of the low cost, but then the headaches began.

I'm no medical expert. But, perhaps it has something to do with the binder/filler Kamagra uses as opposed to the binder/filler Viagra uses?

They both contain sildenfil citrate. More importantly the both do what they are meant to do.

Whatever...four 100mg. tabs (8 doses) of Kamagra is about 200 baht (if you buy in quantity), whereas one 100mg. (2 doses) Viagra tab is about 400 baht.

Deejah, if you are concerned about the quality of the Kamagra ingredients, I guess you could have a tab analyzed at a laboratory? Where one is in Thailand is another question. One which I don't have the answer to.

Perhaps another member of the forum knows of an independent laboratory?

All of the ED drugs work but increasing blood supply through dilation of blood vessels and headache is a known side effect.

HOWEVER...Kamagra brand of Sildenafil is not licensed for import into Thailand nor sale in Thailand. The Viagra brand is, as is a locally made generic brand name Elonza, but not Kamagra.

Therefore obtaining it is not licit/legal, and given that it is not manufactured in Thailand and cannot legally be imported one has to wonder about quality/authenticity of what you got. especially if you have used ED drugs in the past without this problem. You were also, unwittingly I'm sure, in violation of Thai law as of colutrse was the shop which sold it to you.

Note as has been discussed in many prior threads that ED drugs, even those which are approved for use in Thailand, require prescription and cannot legally be sold over the counter in Thailand. This may change in future but is the case at present.

If cost is concern, suggest you request the locally made generic form of the drug, Elonza. As noted, would have to get it by prescription but I think any hospital pharmacy would have it. It is possible that there is also a GPO generic of it, if so, like other GPO generics it would be called by its generic name Sildenafil.

Many foreign men are unaware of the local generic brand while everyone has heard of Kamagra, and hence its sales appeal but, in addition to the legal aspect, it seems unlikely that an illegally imported generic would be cheaper than a locally made one. Certainly more risk of counterfeiting than with the local brand which does not have the international brand name recognition that Kamagra does.

I took it as an experiment and got a really bad headache afterwards. We forget it's not to be used for any reason other than clinically diagnosed impotence, and under medical supervision.

A third or half a pack? I hope you mean pill, otherwise sure you will get a headache as you are reaching poison levels. Even with the average levels of impotence half to two thirds of a 100mg pill should give good results.

Sorry cannot comment on the Thai version. I have certainly had good results (and far less indigestional side effects than with Viagara) with Kamagara purchased from European web sites. Much cheaper too than anything in a Thai pharmacy

As with all the impotence drugs they are much less effective with a lot of alcohol (a little helps I find!) and if you want the greatest bang for the baht then go hungry too or eat lightly.

Stop using the pill and try a different one or reduce the dose if you get uncomfortable side effects. Yes of course 'should be done under medical supervision' is the correct advice but try telling your doctor back home that you want his advice so you can go on a shag fest in Thailand :)

Amazing how piracy works in the long run. To the best of my knowledge Kamagara started life as a pirated copy of Viagra, manufactured in India. Now it is being feted as though it is original equipment. Still - it's better than Viagra IMO and a lot less expensive. In the UK general practice doctors warn you off it on the grounds there is no regulatory protection and who knows what the hel_l is in it. I haven't grown two heads yet though.
