PattayaXpat Posted October 16, 2009 Share Posted October 16, 2009 My 4 month old was born in Thailand and already has an American Passport but I need to get her a Thai passport so she can travel with us to the states and then return to Thailand. My wife checked and was told that we both need to be there to sign for my daughters Thai passport but I'm out of the country working right now. Is there any way around me having to sign?
