Urgently Needed: Adoption Family For 8 Months Old Thai/thai Boy

She's a good friend for many years, asked me desparately to find a safe family for the boy. The mother she is an 38 year old Thai woman, and mentally not too stable but now really it's getting worse. Separated from her much younger Thai boyfriend 2 months ago. Also has her business to take care but now really the little guy is far too much to handle, when he is crying she gets hysteric, very sad for both.

She's not poor so I guess she can provide financial support if needed.
