I dgaf what country someone is from, and it doesn't matter what part of the world it is, if you're eating in a restaurant and trying to slink off without paying your bill, you're scum. It is becoming a regular occurrence in Thailand. Well done to the katoeys for giving the individual a pounding, it's deserved if the alleged behaviour is confirmed. The scum should have his/her visa cancelled with a no entry to Thailand for 5 years.
