Contact Numbers Of Tessaban Office In Charge Of Stray Dogs

Featured Replies

Dear All, I know there is a section of the Bangkok tessaban that goes out and catches stray dogs if you request. There is a long waiting list, but they do act, I saw them operating many times. Unfortunately, my (ex) GF had the contact numbers and now I can't contact both. Is there anyone who knows where to call? I'm fluent in Thai so it shouldn't be a problem. Alternatively, has anyone heard of private companies, like those doing pest control (pluak), offering such services? I can pay well because I'm desperate. I have to get rid of a large pack of strays fighting constantly, each and every night, in an empty pot of land attached to my garden. Unable to sleep, I'm considering going on a killing spree, but I haven't figured out how to exterminate the bastards. I used to be a pet lover, now no more. Bad karma is OK.

Thanks!

Have you tried contacting SCAD?

The Thai Animal Guardians Association (Thai AGA) provides a limited animal rescue service in Bangkok:

* Thai AGA

At: 45 Moo 4, Sukrapiban 3 Rd, Saphangsoong, Bangkok 10240

Tel: 02 728 1658

Fax: 02 373 2886

alternatively: BMA Dog Control Department Tel: 02 328 7460

Oh, and just so you know, the probable reason for the constant fighting is dogs in heat. Sterilizing the animals would solve this issue and be much easier on your karma than killing animals who have not chosen their awful lives.

Second that. Contact SCAD, maybe they can help in catching and sterilising them. Killing them won't do you much good as you'll have a different pack of strays occupying that space very soon after.
