I am on a one year multiple visa and since I travel frequently I never had to bother with any 90 day reporting. However on my next trip I am cutting it close and I just like to double-check. I arrived in the Kingdom October 19 and I have been counting in my calendar that 90 days should be on January 17. Is this correct and does it mean that I can walk through immigration on Jan 17 without doing any 90-day reporting?

My plane will leave after midnight on Jan 18 but that should not matter or does it?

I know of the 90-day calculator but for some reason I have not been able to download it.

Why not look in your passport for the stamp "Permitted to Stay" date to be sure, I came up with expiration date of January 16. You may be overstaying by a day. Anyway, for 90 day reporting, you are allowed 7 days before or after, you shouldn't have a problem.

By my calculations 90 days take you to 16th Jan, 19th Oct being counted as Day 1 (13+20+31+16). Do you have 1 year Non O-A visa or Non-Immigrant multi-entry visa giving 90 day permission to stay on each entry?

If have Non O-A visa then is not as issue as you have 7 day report window either side of due date, and TM6 departure card retained by immigration effectively acts as your report.

If you have Non-Immigrant multi-entry visa, if you clear immigration before midnight on 17th Jan you will be on 1 day overstay, but one days fine is not collected at the airport. Your passport will be marked with small overstay stamp, but that will not affect you re-entering the country or obtaining another visa. You just need to be careful to avoid any incident with the police as you would be here illegally on overstay. Or for peace of mind obtain 7 day extension of stay from local immigration office, fee 1900 baht.
