Panel Discussion: Corruption in Thailand

The impact of greed and graft on business, politics and society

8pm Weds, November 11, 2009

(Please see pricing and reservation procedure below)

The impact of graft and corruption on Thailand's political, social and

economic institutions is seen by analysts, observers, economists and men

and women on the street as one of the key issues that needs to be addressed

in the country today.

Corruption undermines the rule of law, economic progress, political and

democratic development and it impinges on the ability of the people of

Thailand to live a productive life.

Leading analysts and experts will discuss how Thailand measures up on the

regional and international stage, how graft effects the country's economic

development and what can be done to clamp down on the practise locally.
