Just announced in Australia, that doctors will start a new trial using experimental techniques, on women who have undergone "mastectomy's", within 6 months. It is based on research done on pigs and is expected to replace reconstructive surgery within years. The new technique uses new cell growth technology, developed from successful research carried out on pigs. This would have a major impact on the lives of many women. (quote - Sky News UK).
