I returned from Holland on the 15th of Oct, after staying for a week. I was on tourist visa for a week, valid for only a month until the 5th of November.

Now, I need to go to Spain for our friends reunion. Can I apply for a Schengen visa right now or is there a waiting period?

What are the chances of getting a tourist visa so soon?

Any info would greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

As far as I'm aware, the maximum stay as a tourist/visitor in the Schengen area is 90 days in any 6 month period or 180 days in any 12 month period.

So, provided you don't exceed this limit you should be ok.
