Hi everyone,

I want to know if it is legal to check in a stun gun at the airport, and if it is legal to carry a stun gun in Bangkok and in Pattaya? Please reply if you know, I will really appreciate it. Thank you.

Are you considering bringing the stun gun into Thailand, is that the concern? I would guess that you might have issues with trying to check it in at your home country en-route here, can you please clarify?

I'm trying to understand why the OP wants to bring a stun gun to Thailand, if indeed that's her intention, I mean for goodness sake, it's a pretty damning statement that Americans want to bring their own armaments with them on vacation, if indeed that's the intention.

Don't believe we need more weapons on the already over armed streets here.
