As lopburi3 advised allot of times here. + A map to residence of stay & 3 photos from there. Only 2 months of balance of 400k seasoned [my 14th ext in row]. Neighbor take a ride along, to I-office, & kindly confirm a farang lives there. – [got a A4 printed requirement check-of - list in Thai]. That's it.

Actually that is not quite what I have said. Some places will require a map of some sort but not all. As to photos that varies also and until last year was not even asked everywhere. Now best to have a handful in home and with home number showing. The 400k should be in account 3 months according to most reports although exceptions were made this year (only 2 months first time - same as retirement extension seem to be the standard now).
