It's definitely SPAM since you cannot do what he says you can do at that price.

You must start your trip in the US and you only get to fly to HK plus two other destinations for $1599 + TAX.

If you want to go to the 4 cities the OP mentions, it's $2199 + TAX

If you want to spend more than 21 days, add another $300.

You're now looking at close to $3000.

It this is not SPAM, then my sincere advice is do not waste your time with this "deal".
