Thanks in advance for your reply,

I have received an extension based on being the spouse of a retirement visa holder since 2004. I will be 50 at the time of my next visa extension request. It is my understanding that I should be able to receive an extension as usual, based on the fact that we are "grandfathered in" since our extensions started before October 2006. If this were not the case I would need to apply on own and need to deposit another 800,000 baht, and obtaining my own retirement visa.

So my question is: I am grandfathered in... correct?

Thanks again.
