My TVx2 from Laos enter before:28Jan2010

Visa stamp: extension of stay up to: 27Jan2010

I wanted to take a trip to Phenom Phen, can I fly out on 27Jan2010 for a few days stay and get my 2nd TV when I come back to Thai on 30Jan2010? Or do I have to re-enter Thai before but not on 28Jan2010?

You have to re-enter Thailand before 28Jan'10 in order to utilize your second entry.

Come in later and you will be given only 15 days (land border) or 30 days (by air).

If your tourist visa says "Enter before 28th Jan 2010" then you must do border run and re-enter the Kingdom no later than 27th Jan to activate your second 60 day entry. Otherwise 30 day visa exempt entry if arriving by air or 15 day visa exempt entry at land border crossing,
