60 Day Visa Renew

Hi you incredible sages and wize wizrds of the visa realm!

Sorry to bother, but i had a look, and couldnt find the answers i seek. so here is my question.

I am on a 2X entry 60 Day visa issued from Vientiene, i am not due to extend or exit the country to gain additional time.

i know the extend option at immigration in bangkok (where i live) costs 1900bt, so if i go the exit and return option, 2 questions.

where is the cheapest to to to?

and do i hav to enter the other country? (or can i just get stamped out of thailand, then walk to the incoming desk and get stamped in) thus avioding the visa costs of laos or cambodia (depending on where i might go)

You have to actuall leave the country and be stamped in and out of that one. The nearest border would be Cambodia. You can either go yourself or use a visa agent to take you to the border and back.

The costs of a border run from Bangkok to Cambodia through a visa run company is around 2,000 baht, which includes your visa for Cambodia which the agent will deal with for you.
