I eat my rice with honey

I've done it all my life

It makes the rice taste funny

But it keeps it on the knife

(Sorry!)

For a nice snack, nothing beats some "Me-an Kam".  The ground up coconut, small shrimps, chopped onions etc. wrapped in a lettuce-type leaf with that special sauce. :o

Favorite of me to but not very easy to find. I like a good khao lam to.

Laap Moo is the yummiest, IMO. Lots of chillis..great for a hangover.

Love Khao Pat Kung with Nam Pla Prik, and Pad Thai Cha Wa too. Mmmmmmmmmm

I like almost everything listed thus far...

Last month, I was in Chiang Rai and had some new northern dish which was similar to a Laap. If I remember right, the main sauce/ingredients was something with tomatoes...ring a bell for anyone? It is specifically northern and I want to know what it's called and the ingredients to make some in Bangkok.
