Stop Complaining
Not bragging, ok? I'm guess I'm lucky that after being in Thailand for so long I have people that take care of my immigration needs' (in my case i get for free for because that someone is an acquaintance of mine) after enduring many years going to the immigration in Chang Wattana. -

Middle East Tehran Erupts in Grief and Defiance at Funeral for Fallen Commanders and Scientists
It sounds like Iranians want another 40+ years of tyranny. Perhaps people get so used to a bad economy and tyranny that they can't imagine anything better. -

He did not attempt to fight anyone, no matter how many times he was hit, by woman and man. Absolutely ridiculous to suggest that he deserved it. Some very sick puppies on here. Spending almost their whole time baiting others. -

Medicare/Medicaid reason for retirees repatriation will soon be degraded
Regarding Trump's big bill, he appears to now have the votes in the senate to pass it soon. The bill that will probably pass includes MASSIVE cuts to both Medicaid and Medicare. Admittedly the cuts to Medicaid will be the more severe but it was promised that Medicare wouldn't be touched, but that turns out to be a BIG LIE. In my opinion, the main reason long term retired American expats repatriate is because of declining health and to take advantage of Medicare/Medicaid benefits. But with the probably imminent bill passage, both will be significantly reduced, it seems to me that reason to repatriate to the US will become less compelling especially considering all the other economic hits the repatriated face. BTW -- you may think you're "too rich" to ever worry about Medicaid but what often happens is that people end up spending down and needing long term care paid by Medicaid. You probably can't afford privately paid long term care.- 1
