Atms In Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hello,

My dad sent me a "Postepay Twin" card from Italy, it's a card to receive money. It uh, says "Visa Electron" at the lower right corner. I have never used a credit/debit card before. My question is, will I be able to withdraw the money sent from ANY bank ATM in Sukhumvit, Bangkok or do I have to go to a specific bank?

Thanks in advance.

if those are the prepaid cards frum authorized and recognized financial institution and

you have the proper code or password for the cards and

the cards have no geographical nor currency restriction, and

that there is sufficient fund coded; surely, you can try a withdrawal.

your good dad would not kid you with thing of this nature, would he?

Man, I have no idea about all of those, except the code/password. >>; So any bank/atm should work if everything is okay?

I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work, my dad sucks at these things. xP

Edit:

Thanks for your reply though!

Why not going to your favourite bank and ask them? If it is a VISA Card you should normal be able to use it, but asking is better as going ahead using the card and than the ATM just keep it :):D
