I need to go to China but my schedule has me pinned down and I fear I will not have the time to go to Bangkok to the Chinese embassy. Is there a service here in Pattaya who can do this for me, for a fee of course?

I used Massic travel on 2nd road not far from Soi 6.

why don't you check with a local travel agent in Pattaya? they probably have visa services for their customers for a fee.

also, for a positive answer - call the Chinese Embassy for details on where one can get a visa rather than Bangkok.

Any travel agent will do it for you, but shop around as prices vary.

I found Joy Travel in front of Centre Condo to be the cheapest.
