Burapa Pattaya Bike Week Preparation Meeting

Featured Replies

On Friday Afternoon at Pattaya City Hall, Khun Ronagit, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya, chaired a preparation meeting to discuss the final arrangements for the 13th Burapa Pattaya Bike week which will take place between the 12th and 13th February at the Pattaya Indoor Stadium located in Soi Chayapreuk 2 in Jomtien. This year’s event is expected to be bigger than ever with over 10,000 bikes from Motorbike Clubs around Thailand attending. On the night of 12th a VIP Party will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel and at the event itself a Tattoo Show and Miss Chopper Contest are two of a number of activities taking place at the event which is a must see for those interested in motorbikes. The event will also promote bike safety.

How tedious - a 2 lane road with 4 lanes of dickheads going eastbound leaving half a lane for people who live here to get out.

Go somewhere else!

Burapa organizes this for the 12th year and they are Thai, you live here and want to use the road.

Let me guess which of both came first.

Come on.

Peace, love and harmony.

Surely you can suffer for 1 weekend. If it really bothers you, then pack up and go for a holiday. Another idea is to go to the bike show, just for kicks, and you never know, maybe you might enjoy it.

Life should be enjoyed!

Chill out and take it easy.

Not to mention the sterling effort these clubs go to, as to raise millions of baht annually for underprivileged children and adults.

(Or weren't you aware?)

I genuinely pity your existence.

Dickheads? Well putting such a label on thousands of people you do not know says a lot about your lookout! I am sure you are very familiar with the meaning of the word. These are two days in a year when you may have this inconvenience. And it may even be that this Bike Week was established here before you so you should have known. You live in this country as a guest. So live with it! Or convince the authorities that they shall make the road a 4-lane access. I am sure they will listen to you when you explain your serious problem.

Wonder Why the change to an indoor venue ??

If you aren't happy why don't you go somewhere else? You can come back when the "dickheads" have gone.

I for one will be riding with them.

:)
