I believe theres about 2 or 3 ATM's on walking street, and a handfull of banks on Second Road

I was actually looking for a Wachovia, i'm just trying to figure out how much cash I need to withdraw each week and how convenient it is to find a major bank.

Yes, I was refering to foreign banks, I suppose there isn't any? Usually you can find a major foreign bank in other countries, just wanted to see if there were any in Thailand.

If you have a Visa or a Mastercard logo on your ATM Card you will have no troubles...

HSBC and Citibank are here. As far as I know, they have only one branch each, in Bangkok.
