Isn't it nice when things go right, once in a while!

My wife submitted her UK visa application on 08 Feb and her passport was returned by courier today, 15 Feb. She applied for a 2-year family visit visa as we are travelling to UK in April, primarily to re-unite with my family. She's had two 6-month general visit visas before so we thought that this time we would chance going for a 2-year jobby, without any guarantee that she would get it as the longer term visas are really intended for frequent travelers, which she isn't, really. Maybe next time we'll try for 5 years!

Anyway, 100% success and the UKBA have even post-dated it until the day of travel so that's what I call a good result!
