seadoo Posted February 17, 2010 Share Posted February 17, 2010 From what I've read and seen, they seem to be building it on the highway to Bkk near the open zoo turn off. There is a big control tower looking building out there that seems to match that of the one in the billboard picture and next to it some serious concrete structures at different heights are being built as well.
