This is Peter the Elephant aged 5 and as you can see on this particular day he is rather misbehaving. Police and rescue workers received an urgent call to Soi Kow Noi to the Chock Nimit Village after receiving multiple calls describing an out-of-control elephant rampaging through the village. At the scene, Police were met by his master Khun Sing aged 45 from Surin Province who revealed that he was unable to feed the elephant for some time due to lack of money. It took more than 1 hour to bring the animal under control. At the end of the incident, One motorbike was badly damaged and a silver BMV car received substantial damage to the bonnet. We are pleased to report that the elephant has now been fed and is once again under full control by his master.

Peter the Elephant needs his balls cutting off too.

That might make him better behaved (.....do they geld elephants?)

... he was unable to feed the elephant for some time due to lack of money...

I'm not surprised the poor elephant went on a rampage... :D

His owner probably spent all his money on whisky, women and gambling, rather than taking care of his animal.

Can't blame the animal for it's owner's negligence. :o
