Just managed to grab a BKK - LHR non-stop return May/June for 30,745 baht (incl taxes). Decided that Emirates are starting to get too expensive again at 44K. (especially with the pound in free-fall)

This offer seems to be only available by internet booking (unless flying as a couple), so travel agents are being squeezed even further by the airlines.

Hope this info is of use.

and what dates did you book?

because as an example i looked on ebookers using outgoing date as saturday 22nd may and returning date saturday 12th june and found direct non stop flights LHR - BKK with THAI or EVA for 527 and 542 gbp respectively which works out at between around 26/27k baht

I am talking about a BKK to LON return purchased in Baht. Tickets purchased in the UK are much cheaper as you can see from discussions in numerous threads. (My dates were 24 May and 6 June)

I like EVA, especially the Evergreen class.

The flight AMS-BKK from yesterday was canceled and today's flight is 7 hours late.

Could happen to anyone, I guess?

I recently got 27,450 inc taxes etc for Eva Air BKK/Heathrow for June 20 to July 20 with TV Air.

I've just checked Eva Air with TV Air and the cheapest I can find (for my dates) is 41K. For your dates it's 61K.

Thanks for the TV Air tip,I wil try them for my next booking!!!

PS Was your booking for 1 or for 2 pax? My agent told me that they could not get my price for 1 pax, min 2 pax.
